Please pay attention to the changes in working schedule for submitting visa applications from 01.11.2010:
Visa applications from Monday to Thursday 10.00 – 11.30 * (closed on Friday).
Delivery of ready-made visas from Monday to Thursday 16.30 – 17.00, on Friday 15:30 - 16:00.
* accredited travel agencies – Wednesday 9.30 – 10.00 (or on general conditions on working days).
* groups (from 5 people) - only in case of pre-registration by telephone.
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Estonian and Ukrainian national holidays.
The appointments in all other consular matters (Estonian passport, residence permit, other documents) are held at 14:00 – 16:00 only in case of pre-registration:

Consular Section of the Embassy of Estonia in Kyiv provides consular service to the citizens of Ukraine and foreigners that are residents of Ukraine (that are documented with residence permit, working permit, or temporary registration).
The citizens of Moldova apply for Schengen visa (type C) applications at the Common Visa Application Center in Chisinau: www.cac.md). In other consular matters (long-term visa of type D, residence permit, etc) the service is provided in Kyiv.
