Consul's office hours
Consul’s office hours are on weekdays from 14.00 to 16.00 on following issues:
- Estonian citizen's passports (application and delivery)
- Registration of Estonian citizen’s that are staying in Ukraine and Moldova
- Estonian residence permits (application and delivery)
- Ordering (archive) documents from Estonia and forwarding documents to Estonia
- Exceptional cases of notaries acts and vital statistics acts
- Accreditation of tourist agencies
There are no appointments on visa matters!
Appointment to the consul has to be booked by phone (+380 44) 590 24 40, or E-mail: Consulate.Kiev@mfa.ee.
The appointments for Wednesdays can also be booked online.

State fee is paid in Euro currency, in cash upon submitting the application to the consul.
