Consul's office hours

Consul’s office hours are on weekdays from 14.00 to 16.00 on following procedures:

• Estonian residence permits (application and delivery)
• Accreditation of tourist agencies
• Estonian citizen's passports (application and delivery)
• Registration of Estonian citizen’s that are staying in Ukraine and Moldova
• Ordering (archive) documents from Estonia and forwarding documents to Estonia
• Exceptional cases of notaries

There are no appointments for visa applications!

The appointments for Wednesdays can also be booked online.

Please notice that Estonian Embassy in Kyiv does not process your residence permit (or Estonian passport) application. Estonian Embassy in Kyiv accepts your residence permit application and forwards it to the Estonian Police and Border Guard of Estonia which processes your application, contacts you directly if necessary, takes the decision and informs you about it in written form, and in case of positive result – technically prepares the document and sends it to the Embassy.

Once you have received the written positive decision from the Estonian Police and Border Guard you are free to contact the Embassy and ask for your residence permit document. Its is also necessary to book an appointment to receive your document.

State fees:
(State fee is paid in Euro currency, in cash upon submitting the application (altogether) to the consul)
